Finance Manager, a company that provides finance and human resources software to school districts, has moved into a larger office in Latham, N.Y.

Finance Manager is leasing 2,700 square feet at 26 Century Hill Drive in the Century Hill Plaza office park.

The company was previously located at 930 Albany Shaker Road in Latham.

“Moving into this larger office space at Century Hill Plaza will ensure that Finance Manager can expand our organization and continue to exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Ronald Bovich, president.

Finance Manager’s software is considered the standard in 10 of 12 BOCES Regional Information Centers across the state.

The company’s move boosts the occupancy rate at the 275,000-square-foot Century Hill Plaza to 98.5 percent, according to Kevin Bette, president of First Columbia, which owns the office park.
